YOUR CHALLENGE

In the role of Senior Project Manager for eMobility, you will lead software and solution development projects from the beginning to the rollout of charging services for Hubject’s international clients and be the key counterpart for our clients.

YOUR TASKS

• Project Management of client projects in the automotive and eMobility sector on a global level;
• Take ownership and lead your projects to success;
• Plan, track, and report projects milestones and further KPIs;
• Have an entrepreneurial and flexible approach to managing projects;
• Capture new requirements and align with other departments such as IT or product development ;
• Ensure that our worldwide projects teams deliver in time & budget;
• Align and proactively communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the organization on different levels;
• Pursue the team's common goal of always creating an unforgettable experience with enthusiasm and a high level of commitment.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 5 years of project management experience, e.g. as project lead in international software development projects;
• Certifications such as PMI/PRINCE2 are a plus;
• You have a strong sense of ownership and love working in a team;
• You are open for international colleagues, cultures and new technologies;
• You have a structured working method and a good eye for detail;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a matrix structure;
• Ideally you have first experience in the automotive and eMobility sector;
• Experience in working with Confluence & Jira.

LANGUAGE

• Full professional proficiency in English.
