Job responsibilities will include:

• Trading intraday power in UK and Europe where you maximize PnL within our risk and compliance framework;
• Developing and executing day-to-day and intraday trading strategies;
• Taking active part in developing and executing of algorithmic trading and automatization;
• Optimizing portfolios and exploiting the synergies between them;
• Conducting market analysis to find new profit opportunities and build strategies to tap into them;
• Taking responsibility for optimizing our daily procedures;
• Providing open and honest feedback;
• Constantly reviewing and reflecting on your own trading to look for ways to improve the performance, both your own and of the team;
• Participating in the shift rotation that includes day, evening and weekend shifts.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

• A passion for trading;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an intraday power trading role;
• Finance/Economics or STEM degree;
• Fast decision-making skills under pressure;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Competitive attitude and Focus on results;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Flexibility in terms of working hours.
