We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial/Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a global End to End commercial/technical program focused on technical improvements in the wind business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience in managing complex Projects, Service operations or technical programs in the wind industry.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead the technical program from conception to completion, ensuring that all technical requirements are met in the wind business;
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Calculate highest impact workstreams and prioritize with the Steering Committee;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals in the wind business;
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed for the wind business;
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management in the wind business;
• Ensure that all technical deliverables are of high quality and meet the program requirements in the wind business;
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure that vendors deliver on their commitments in the wind business;
• Mentor and coach junior program managers and team members in the wind business;
• Continuously improve program management processes and tools in the wind business.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field;
• 10+ years of experience in senior operational or technical roles in the wind industry;
• Strong technical background and understanding of management of operational and technical wind turbine processes;
• Experience managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders in the wind industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in the wind business;
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage;
• PMI certification and experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
