As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the ESG & Sustainability Manager (f/m/d) and drive our business forward.

This role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site (hybrid) at our Leipzig headquarters.

What You´ll Do

• You will develop and support the company-wide sustainability strategy and set the sustainability goals in close coordination with the management
• You will develop the group-wide sustainability management, including the organization and supervision of cross-site and cross-departmental sustainability measures and projects
• You will design the sustainability reporting, including the identification and definition of relevant KPIs, determination of data sources and flows, as well as their consolidation, processing and analysis
• You will create internal guidelines and presentations and conduct workshops and training courses
• You report directly to our CFO and are the contact person for the specialist departments (e.g. operations, supply chain, purchasing) and support them in implementing the legal requirements
• You will analyse current and future ESG industry trends and derive recommendations for action
• You prepare and accompany internal and external audits

What You´ll Bring

• You are passionate about ESG and sustainability and have a great passion for driving improvements
• You have a degree from a university/university of applied sciences in economics, natural sciences or engineering or a comparable course of study, with a focus on sustainability or quality management
• You have already gained experience in the topics of environmental/energy management and sustainability reporting
• You are familiar with the use of specialist software for ESG/CSR
• You are characterized by a strong analytical and conceptual thinking ability, the ability to work in an interdisciplinary and team-oriented manner, a structured way of working and a pragmatic solution orientation
• You have very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
