Establish and optimize sales processes

As our new Business Process Manager your key responsibility will be managing and participating in projects and activities to secure development, improvement and implementation of sales processes in our largest Business Unit in KK Wind Solutions. With the rapid growth that we’re experiencing, we’re looking to further strengthening our competencies within process management in order to effectively scale our business, and this is where you come in. The main focus for this position is on optimization and implementation of processes, competencies and tools for the commercial and sales organization. You will build the capabilities needed to deliver a great customer experience in an effective and efficient manner and support your colleagues in the Business Unit and Group functions in reaching out joint ambitions.

Responsibilities

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead and participate in initiatives to improve and implement capabilities;
  • Act as subject matter expert within commercial and sales;
  • Drive process- and tools optimization, adoption and understanding;
  • Drive process quality and efficiency by setting and monitoring process measures;
  • Identify, scope and execute on process improvements;
  • Document processes, establish SOP’s and training material;
  • Ensure compliance to KK process standards (e.g. KKMS);
  • Work closely with related roles in other Business Units and Group functions to share best practice and align approaches;
  • Represent and participate in commercial excellence initiatives on behalf of the Business Unit.

Our Requirements

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant master’s degree from a business school or university;
  • >7 years of relevant experience;
  • Have business acumen, preferably obtained from working with B2B sales (experience working with account, quotation and contract management is considered a benefit);
  • Have experience within process management and optimization;
  • Have great IT skills and understand how systems, robotics and digital tools can help optimize business processes (experience working with Microsoft D365 and/or CRM is considered a benefit);
  • Are self-driven and structured, and can navigate within complexity and ambiguity;
  • Are a comfortable user of PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Are fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
