At Advansor we are front runners when it comes to sustainability. Using only the natural refrigerant CO2 in cooling and heating, our products have a huge impact on lowering CO2 emissions and reducing the need for fossil fuels.
Our mission is to design and produce the world's best sustainable CO2 climate solutions, and we have proven that sustainability and economic growth can go hand in hand.
However, we are now ready to take the next steps and are looking for an ambitious and dedicated ESG expert with focus on E to be subject matter responsible, drive SBT(i) and document our sustainable purchasing, production, and sales.
Your Role
- You will get a key role and be subject matter responsible with focus on climate and environment.
- You will be the expert on directives, recommendations and EU legislation related to ESG and SBT(i).
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for relevant product certifications, requirements for business cases and standards for communication related to ESG and sustainability.
- You will also play an important role in developing content and documentation that can be used for different audiences including customers, suppliers and investors.
Main Tasks
- Further development of Advansor´s environmental and climate agenda
- Identify and implement initiatives related to SBT(i)
- Sustainability reporting
- Sparring partner for CEO and C-level in relation to sustainability strategy and KPIs
- Expert on EU regulations, standards and environmental/climate legislation in relation to production and product development like the F-Gas directive and EcoVadis Rating.
- Recommendations on and implementation of relevant product certifications
- Communication and PR related to sustainability including debates, chronicles, webinars
- ESG Related business cases
- Energy Management
Your Background
- We are looking for a candidate with a relevant Master’s degree - e.g. within, but not limited to Engineering, Business Administration, Political Science or Sustainability, and ideally combined with +2 years of experience from a similar job with exposure to ESG reporting and sustainability fields.
- You have a good knowledge of and experience with European standards and regulations within sustainability reporting and you speak and write English fluently.
- Your experience is from a production company, and it is a plus if you have knowledge about refrigerants or experience from the cooling or heating industry.
