Your responsibilities

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the portfolio management team;
• Development of portfolio management products and hedging strategies;
• Strategic management and oversight of customer energy portfolios, market analysis and reports preparation for customers;
• Providing support to sales for customer acquisition and relationship management;
• Building and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships through expert presentations and customer meetings;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (BaFin).

Your profile

• Education in business, natural sciences, physics, mathematics, or similar fields;
• Several years of professional experience with deep market knowledge and a passion for energy markets;
• Initial leadership experience in relevant areas desirable;
• Practical experience ideally in energy trading, portfolio management, sales trading, origination, risk management or market analysis;
• Strong commercial understanding, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and tech affinity;
• Fluency in German and English.
