Operations and Finance Manager

Solar Heat Europe/ESTIF is looking for a dynamic person who will be supporting the Managing Director on the following topics:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overall budget strategy and management;
- Membership relations and invoicing;
- EU projects acquisition and reporting;
- Financial secretariat support to the certification scheme of the sector (Solar Keymark Network);
- Accounting and legal matters;
- HR coordination, including contact with Secretariat social;
- Relations with suppliers;
- Management of Market data and interaction with main partners.
The candidate should have:
- A relevant university degree in accounting or finances and at least 3-5 years’ experience;
- A solid understanding of EU projects funding, application and reporting requirements;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Good command of Microsoft suite and excel;
- Experience with and understanding of membership-based organisations (aisbl notably);
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team;
- An interest in renewable energy and energy decarbonisation;
- Good level of English and French;
- EU citizenship.
