Your Mission:

As our Regional Sales Manager Austria based in Austria (Remote) and reporting to the National Sales Director, your role will be pivotal in strengthening and further developing the SunPower value added reseller network in the in their geographic area into a world-class installation network. This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment; can form new and developing existing relationships with our partner base and has the vision and experience to manage a closely knit dealer network.

Make Your Mark/How You Will Drive Change:

  • Build and manage dealer network and achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas.
  • Analyze regional markets and competitive product landscape.
  • Help dealer network implement tools to leverage SunPower product advantages and increase sales to the end customer and work closely with the Marketing Department and Sales Director to jointly develop regional marketing plans.
  • Drive implementation of robust sales forecasting system throughout customer base and manage expense budgets.
  • Manage Average Sales Prices (ASP’s) and receivables to pre-defined targets, develop and manage regional strategic partnerships, as required.

Essential for your Success

  • We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – apply anyway! Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Sales in a closely related industry, i.e., high value products sold in the home, where products require installation from an expert and there is some element of after sales support. Background Solar PV market is highly preferred.
  • Generally, we are looking for a candidate who has successfully demonstrated his/her skills in an industry which employs some form of dealer network to go to market.
  • Extensive experience setting up and managing dealer channels.
  • Proven ability to drive aggressive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication / presentation abilities.

It would be Nice if You Have

  • Experience with frequent domestic travel, and occasional international travel.
