Ensure the efficient operation of EV-chargers on group level, including the whole life-cycle from installing, maintaining and operating the chargers and leading the technical team and coordinate external suppliers on group level.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the efficient installation, maintenance and operation processes of the EV-chargers on group level;
- Coordinate the technical team and external suppliers to implement charger deployment projects, and execute preventive and reactive maintenance activities;
- Group-level responsibility for charger asset & vendor selection and for contracting to deploy & operate charger infrastructure;
- Group-level monitoring of the service quality (e.g. uptime, resolution time) of charger infrastructure, and define issues & proposals for improvements;
- Assess and propose technological solutions, system and process improvements for efficient charger infrastructure operation;
- Set and measure individual KPIs for the overseen processes;
- Manage technical related supplier contracts and their SLA performance;
- Provide technical inputs for sales and business development activities;
- Follow technological development of EV-charging and related technologies.
What is required to fill the position:
- University degree (preferably in electrical engineering);
- Min 5. years with min 2 years in leadership position;
- Experience in operating/maintaining electrical equipment, preferably experience in EV-charging;
- Fluent business English.
