Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with focus on the German market;
• You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including:
  • Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool;
  • Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners;
  • Proactive and transparent communication to our customers.
• You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework;
• You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence;
• Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.

Your profile

• University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training;
• Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry;
• Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations;
• Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German;
• Can do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area.
