As the Senior Sustainability Manager, you will promote a climate of excellence by leading impactful sustainability initiatives that align with our business goals and values. Acting as a Jet Aviation Brand Ambassador, you will ensure that sustainability is embedded into our culture, operations, and long-term strategy.

Your mission

• Shape the Strategy: Develop, execute, and continuously advance a global sustainability roadmap, with a focus on our customers, our assets, and our people, aligning with business goals and industry best practices;
• Evaluate & Improve Performance: Assess our current sustainability efforts, identify key opportunities, and implement improvements;
• Drive Engagement & Implementation: Partner with Operations, Real Estate, Brand, EH&S, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement high-impact sustainability programs;
• Support Data & Insights: Collaborate with EH&S to track, analyze, and map sustainability data, ensuring data-driven decision-making;
• Be a Change Champion: Develop initiatives that support business growth, mitigate reputational risks, and enhance brand equity for employees, customers, and partners;
• Empower & Inspire: Lead the Green Team, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and corporate social impact;
• Measure & Communicate Impact: Track sustainability performance and share key insights, achievements, and progress with leadership and external stakeholders.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• 5 years or more of experience in corporate social responsibility/sustainability with a proven ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders;
• Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for inspiring and implementing change across all levels of an organization;
• Proven project management expertise, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive engagement;
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting;
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
