Your responsibilities
- Your primary responsibility will be to design utility scale ground mounted solar PV projects with an initial focus on project development support;
- Using industry standard software, technical design work will progress from preliminary to detail level in line with the projects development maturity;
- Optimizing layouts and yields based on constraint analysis;
- Design in compliance with industry codes and standards and incorporating feedback from Construction, Operations and Development;
- Support the preparation of post-construction documentation;
- Provide expertise during project development and implementation, remotely and on site;
- Support and lead technical due diligences;
- Optimal cooperation within Renewables, consisting of developers, engineers, project-, contract- and offtake-managers, market and strategy analysts as well as a network of external partners;
- Strong stakeholder management activities internally and externally.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field);
- Extensive experience in utility-scale solar design and project delivery;
- Proficiency in solar PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) and understanding of renewable energy systems;
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and system optimization capabilities;
- Proven track record of international work experience and cultural adaptability;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Business fluency in English (other languages are an advantage);
- Open-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented.
