Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the commercial operations of our Network Operating Centre, managing a Europe-wide charging network
• You manage the commercial relationships with our field service providers and handle purchase order creation
• You optimize costs and act as the interface with our finance and purchasing department
• You conduct data analysis based on commercial data, CRM data as well as charge data records
• You are responsible to analyse and quality check charge data records for invoicing processing with our partners
• You support the continuous improvement of our service quality and operational excellence
• You actively contribute to the ongoing growth of our eMobility business

Your profile

• University degree with a focus on business or a comparable professional training
• Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry
• Expertise in managing commercial relationships with partners
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaboratively prioritize tasks within the team
• Excellent communication skills in English – German is a plus
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for contributing to an innovative business area
