Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Athens offices as part of the Grid & Digital solutions department of the M Power Projects Division.

Your role will encompass:

• Supporting the coordination and management of the project.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure project objectives are met
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
• Keep track of and report on project progress.

What you bring to the role:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in EPC projects.
• University degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Certification in Project Management will be considered an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
