Job Scope
Development and implementation of energy mapping and energy efficiency program, including compliance to Swedish Law (2014:266) about energy efficiency in large. Motivating and supporting Process and Manufacturing teams in assessing and implementing energy efficiency improvement measures.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Development and implementation of energy mapping and energy efficiency program, including compliance to Swedish Law (2014:266) about energy efficiency in large companies and for implementation of ISO 50 001;
- Motivating and supporting Process and Manufacturing teams in assessing and implementing energy efficiency improvement measures;
- Support and take active part in the development and implementation of Northvolt energy sourcing strategy;
- Develop and implement Energy management system according to ISO 50001 standard. Support in the certification of the systems and continuous improvements;
- Responsible for establishing the internal energy monitoring program for the factory;
- Responsible for measuring according to energy monitoring program;
- Educate and inform management and other teams on actions needed for compliance or to reach set objectives;
- Participate in and plan audits;
- Create reports on energy efficiency for internal and external use, including reports in accordance to the Swedish Law (2014:266) about energy efficiency in large companies
- Responsible for yearly reports (SMP (Miljörapport) GRI and other;
- Responsible for monthly reports regarding energy consumption and forecast;
- Chairman for applicable committees and councils;

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have:
- Master's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Energy Engineering, or equivalent;
- Successful track record of leading energy process improvement projects;
- Capability to develop conceptual designs for energy recovery and distribution;
- Good knowledge of instruments and methods for measuring power and heat consumption;
- Knowledge of energy markets and national and international energy systems is a plus;
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
