Job Description
Develop existing portfolio projects and support the growth of the project pipeline. Ensure the right quality in the permitting process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relations with relevant bodies such as local governments, environmental offices, or other authorities and stakeholders important for the development process;
- Manage the environmental studies, reports, and permitting process, quality assurance of developed documents;
- Apply, follow, and obtain all necessary authorizations from the administration, leading to obtaining building permits;
- Communicate effectively across the organization, prepare assumptions and inputs required for other departments involved especially with regard to the project layout design and project optimization;
- Work with internal resources, such as the Legal, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Investment Analysis and Energy Assessment teams;
- Develop project budgets, manage project-level expenditures and invoice processing;
- Maintains the registration, monitoring, and report of the status of the projects;
- Negotiate land leases and manage landowners' relationships to obtain land surface rights to design, permit, construct, operate, and maintain wind/solar power projects;
- Monitoring the national and regional permitting legal changes, tracking the market trends, participating in the working groups of associations;
- Identify and verify prospective projects, support in M&A transactions (greenfield, close to RTB stage, etc), and due diligence processes;
- Promote, analyze, and coordinate potential co-development agreements;
- Communicate information continuously and effectively to cross-functional team;
- Performs the tasks entrusted to him/her with high quality and little supervision.

Required Skills and Competencies
Profile: Engineer or University Degree familiar with environmental engineering, general project management and administrative procedures in development. Preferably familiar with wind or PV development procedures. English at advanced level writing and speaking. Good teamwork skills, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn. Target oriented. Able to travel frequently.
Additional:
- QGIS or similar software training will be a plus;
- Wind Farm/PV administrative development training will be a plus but not mandatory;
- General development training in a formal administrative procedure: planning, environmental, and building permits will be a plus but not mandatory;
- General project management training will be a plus but not mandatory.
