Key Responsibilities Include
- Drive business growth by executing First Climate Market’s international sales strategy, expanding market reach, and increasing revenue.
- Proactively acquire, develop, and manage key corporate accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline with well-documented activities to ensure consistent new business generation.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and penetrate high-potential industry sectors, leveraging market insights to drive sales success.
- Stay ahead of market trends, corporate carbon strategies, and business drivers to strengthen First Climate’s positioning.
- Represent First Climate at industry events, trade forums, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and industry influence.
- Provide mentorship, guidance and rigorous targets that contribute to a high-performance sales culture within the team.
Specific Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in corporate sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing key accounts.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, develop high-value relationships, and navigate complex corporate structures to engage decision-makers.
- Sales Excellence: Structured, results-oriented approach to managing and growing a sales pipeline.
- Leadership & Team Development: Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and driving a high-performance sales culture.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in sustainability, renewable energy, or corporate climate solutions is a plus.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Languages: Business fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential.
