What you will do:

• Monitor and analyze battery assets' performance to ensure operational and financial targets are met.
• Review and manage operations-related contracts, ensuring compliance.
• Ensure battery assets adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.

What you bring & who you are:

• Higher education in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with renewable energy assets (hydro, biomass, PV, wind, or batteries).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
