Your tasks
- Play an integral role in securing a strong commercial positioning in our core b2b fuel customer segments (aviation, road transportation, maritime, resellers) by contributing to a competitive product offer with a strong sustainability component;
- Build solid understanding of customers, markets, legislative drivers, competitors, and relevant product flows by owning the competitor product analysis;
- Contribute to new products and product launches (route to market) in close cooperation with product portfolio manager, business development and sales;
- Collaborate on commercial product strategy and its design, following targets of the aligned asset development strategy from sales point of view;
- Foster the introduction of sustainable and premium products from market perspective and contribute to product-service bundling by identifying new opportunities with focus on the certificates market;
- Coordinate the approval process for new products incl. implementation across our B2B customer segments with all stakeholders and continuously review and update the process;
- Control product quality, keep track of complaint management as well as coordinate the communication in relevant business areas;
- Coordinate knowledge sharing of relevant product & sustainability insights with our commercial teams via trainings and our knowledge management platform;
- Contribute to (new) business development projects.
Your profile
- University Degree Master/Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Sustainability or a similar field of study and 1-3 years of relevant working experience;
- Proven experience in business development, product management, sales, or marketing as well as proven track record of successful implementation of projects in and across organizations;
- Comprehensive know-how of the energy market (esp. fuels B2B), and high interest in sustainability related regulation/legislation and related business impact on B2B fuels;
- Good understanding of interdependencies and managing interfaces with other disciplines and customer and partnership focused approach;
- Passionate and proactive, positive attitude, strong team-player as well as strong analytical skills, execution power and diligent working style;
- Business skills in effective self-management, organizational talent, self-dependent;
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
