If you want to be part of this great project, join us as Asset Trader! You will join to a young, dynamic and international environment, where your role will consist on the optimization in the daily and intraday markets and balance sheet services for the assets in Alpiq España's portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

• Optimisation of all production/supply units under the management of Alpiq España in the daily and intraday markets and balancing services (REE and OMIE), as well as carrying out the operations associated with Alpiq España's control center function;
• Analyzing fundamentals and other market data to establish optimization operations;
• Preparation of market and competitor analyses;
• Contribute to the development of analysis and offer tools;
• Execute operational tasks for Alpiq's gas portfolio (PVB and PSV) on behalf of Alpiq AG;
• Monitoring of operational KPIs. Preparation of monitoring reports.

Your profile:

• Degree in Energy or industrial engineering or similar;
• At least 1 year's experience in the tasks described;
• Knowledge of the Spanish electricity market (OMIE and REE);
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Visual Basic;
• Knowledge of SQL and statistical tools and knowledge of the gas market will be an asset;
• Fluency in English (C1).
