Technical Project Manager, Wind Energy

As our new Technical Project Manager, Wind Energy you become responsible for maintaining and developing our wind parks and project pipeline in the Romanian market.
Your main responsibilities
In this position you have the possibility to bring your passion for renewable energy into play, while also developing your skills. Your main responsibilities and tasks include:
- Daily technical asset management and surveillance of the wind turbines in the portfolio;
- Responsible for maintenance and technical asset management of local wind parks;
- Coordinate larger shutdown of wind parks;
- Lead in the technical integration of new parks / turbines into the portfolio;
- Review and analyze the dataflow from our portfolio to ensure best in class asset optimization, including giving structure to operational data;
- Continuous improvement of the platform for monitoring of wind parks, and ensuring it is always up to date when it comes to delivering operational data and figures;
- Monitor, react and log asset incidents;
- Participate in commissioning of wind parks;
- Support and interact with local partners such as electricians, service providers etc.;
- Contribute to the global wind asset management team and strategy, including supporting the local and global team with technical reviews, updates, and clarification for the investor pool.
Reporting to the Manager of Asset Management and Country Manager in Romania and placed in our office in Bucharest, you will be collaborating and coordinating with your colleagues in- and outside Romania, especially from the Asset Management Department and the Engineering and Construction department.
You are the perfect match, if…
The position requires a technical knowledge and preferably experience from working within renewable energy and asset management. Moreover, we anticipate that you have:
- A relevant Engineering degree/background;
- At least 2 years’ experience from a similar position;
- Experience with wind turbines;
- Preferably GWO certification;
- Commercial understanding;
- Driver license – B category;
- Preferably experience with cross-border collaboration and activities;
- An analytical and structural mindset;
- An ability to drive your project in an effective and professional manner.
As you will be collaborating with colleagues and externals outside Romania, you must be proficient in English and flexible to travel to the headquarter in Denmark or other domiciles a few times a year.
