Your responsibilities
- As Head of Nuclear Business Development & Sales, your focus will be on growing and expanding Uniper’s NDDS by leveraging our internal experiences from Sweden and our German subsidiary, Uniper Nuclear Services GmbH. You will define and execute a marketing and sales strategy that aligns with the company’s vision of becoming a leader in the NDD market;
- Development of concepts for the disposal of radioactive waste;
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of radiological measurements;
- Preparation of results reports and documentation for the release of residual materials and radioactive waste. Carrying out radiological measurements, sampling and clearance measurements. Preparatory work for and creation of loading plans for disposal containers;
- Central point of contact for radiation protection issues and tasks in dismantling and disposal projects. Support for project management in all radiation protection issues. Activity calculations based on customer documents and measurement protocols and quality assurance of radiation protection documents;
- Consultancy and support for national and international customers;
- Support in the development of technical solution concepts and studies;
- Support in the tendering process for projects.
Your profile
- University degree with a technical or commercial focus relevant to the energy industry;
- Several years of professional and management experience in managing businesses in a national and international environment in construction, dismantling or maintenance of industrial plants with a nuclear background;
- Ideally relevant experience in the dismantling of nuclear facilities and/or in nuclear waste management and disposal and/or in the maintenance and repair of nuclear facilities;
- Several years of experience in Business development and/or Marketing and Sales;
- Management of international teams and Change Management;
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills;
- Fluent in German and English is required, in addition Swedish language is preferred.
