How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • You are responsible for technology solution evaluation and optimization, economics evaluation and deliverables based on the Sales strategy (OPEX, CAPEX, integration, etc.);
  • Closely aligned with internal customers such as Business Development, Product Management as well as our Technical Unit you ensure a common approach in the solution development phase;
  • You ensure the validation of the selected technology and solution by relevant internal stakeholders in line with the overall partnership strategies;
  • You are comfortable driving the Basis of Design and Site Datasheet preparation with your internal and external clients and define optimized process integration with other technology teams if applicable;
  • You ensure the definition/coherence of all parties involved and a common understand of proposal Scope of Plant is shared in line with Customer’s requirements;
  • Your prepare and monitor technical proposals documents for solution development in line with the internal governance and the proposal development schedule;
  • You coordinate and lead the team involved in the solution development preparation (process, electrical, layout,...) and ensure the coherence between all involved parties;
  • You actively support Sales during the meetings with Customers by bringing in technical expertise in terms of solution, project execution, safety, industrial risk management, reliability, maintenance, operation excellence.

Are you a match?

  • Bachelor or Master in Engineering;
  • Ideally you bring experience in process and proposal management to the table;
  • Strong coordination skills and communicator;
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial;
  • Our are open-minded, solution-driven with a strong interest for energy transition;
  • You excel while working in a multicultural team and are a team player;
  • Your are excited to travel to clients and internal stakeholders frequently (10-15%).
