It’s simple, our special units get to work. We specialize in large-scale photovoltaic farms - from design, through construction, to maintenance and operation. We have already built farms covering a total area of nearly 2500 soccer fields - that's close to 1900 hectares, where over 12 million panels are working, producing energy that could easily power hundreds of thousands of self-sufficient households. Impressive, right?

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the construction and everything happening on-site, overseeing the entire construction site (your kingdom) from start to finish - from preparing the mock-up table and obtaining client approval for technical solutions, through mobilizing the construction, conducting it in accordance with construction law, occupational health and safety (BHP), and fire protection regulations, to demobilizing it;
• Ensuring timeliness, quality, and costs. Being the first point of contact for construction-related matters, both internally and with the client;
• Other tasks include planning short and long-term activities, managing construction teams, coordinating subcontractors and external teams, actively communicating with specific departments in the company to ensure the smooth flow of resources and construction operation, material acceptance, supervision of their quality and quantity, inventory, registration, and monitoring of machinery and equipment on the construction site, driving a company car, and regular reporting.

Our requirements:

• category B driver's license;
• English language proficiency - minimum B2;
• higher technical education in energy, construction, or related fields;
• authorization to lead construction works without restrictions - preferred;
• minimum 2 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry as a construction manager or coordinator of construction works;
• availability and authorization to work throughout Europe;
• openness to business trips.
