You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Assessing and executing M&A transactions and investments in the renewable energy sector
- Building and maintaining valuation and financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support corporate decisions
- Conducting investment analysis, cash flow forecasting, and reviewing valuation assumptions with limited supervision
- Assisting senior team members in decisions related to project financing and power purchase agreements (PPAs)
- Summarizing and presenting findings to the investment team and other stakeholders
- Supporting the preparation of board materials, including presentations and approval papers
- Assisting in the preparation and review of transaction documents such as term sheets and confidentiality agreements
- Coordinating with internal teams (legal, engineering, procurement, treasury) and external advisors
- Conducting research on renewable energy trends and assisting in organizing tenders for professional services.
Required for this position:
- Hold a degree in economics, finance, business management, or an equivalent field
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, investment management, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong financial modeling skills, including experience in building and utilizing valuation models
- Have solid understanding of valuation methods and financial analysis
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail
- Show high motivation, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and work under strict deadlines
- Be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Have an excellent command of English
- Enrolment in CFA, ACCA, or a similar qualification is considered an advantage.
