You will be responsible to:

• Oversee the execution of the corporate sustainability project, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals;
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance energy efficiency, reduce resource consumption and minimize environmental impact;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable initiatives across all areas of the Sete Casas Site;
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess the adoption of clean technologies and innovative sustainability practices;
• Monitor and evaluate the company’s environmental performance, setting targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards;
• Promote and communicate sustainability efforts within the organization, engaging employees and encouraging active participation;
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technological advancements in sustainability and environmental management;
• Identify and pursue opportunities related to the Circular Economy.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field;
• 5 years of experience in sustainability project development, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry (preferential);
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams;
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards;
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating and implementing sustainable solutions;
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders;
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
