You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Coordinating Investment decision and execution in the renewable energy sector;
• Leading the development of financial models to evaluate investment and M&A opportunities, and supervising team members;
• Leading due diligence, reviewing transaction deliverables, and participating in M&A document preparation;
• Preparing and presenting investment-related materials to stakeholders and decision-makers;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, procurement) and coordinating junior team deliverables;
• Leading internal approval processes and preparing board materials, including presentations and memorandums;
• Monitoring portfolio investments, conducting market research, and providing insights on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required for this position:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, investment management, or a related field;
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience with valuation models;
• Experience in conducting due diligence on investment opportunities;
• High level of accountability, strong communication skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under strict deadlines;
• Excellent command of English.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in negotiating with external counterparties;
• Enrollment in CFA, ACCA, or a similar qualification.
