Senior Sales Manager - Sustainable & Circular Base Chemicals

Your tasks
- Lead the entire OMV group chemical sustainable & circular sales transformation agenda;
- Ensure maximum value generation by proper steering of the OMV-Borealis-Petrom interface;
- Leverage your in-depth chemical product and customer knowledge to develop innovative, sustainable and circular product solutions;
- Develop and further enhance anchor customers per product segment by assessing market size, growth, sustainability drivers and potential margins;
- Benchmark and implement industry best practice to catalyze early sustainable & circular chemicals demand;
- Design customer-backed and product-specific value propositions through identifying customer challenges and premium;
- Lift maximum cross selling potential from sustainable, circular and traditional chemicals sales business across the entire OMV group;
- Outline the high-level features for medium-term interventions to activate wider market demand and OMV Group positioning as sustainable leaders;
- Continuous training and expansion of knowledge about sustainable and circular products within the OMV Group and among customers;
- Own the sales P&L and planning process of sustainable & circular sales.
Your profile
- You have a Technical Master Degree;
- You have minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience;
- Deep understand of customer & commercial excellence;
- Very strong analytical and financial skills;
- Strong commercial acumen with drive to maximize financial opportunities;
- Understanding of and/or experience with refining chemical and finished products supply logistics streams;
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- Strategic thinking & structured approach.
