As the Project Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a high-impact project that aims to enable the commercialization of BESS assets. You will be responsible for coordinating a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and reporting to senior management. Your expertise will ensure the successful delivery of project objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Delivery: Drive the full project lifecycle for BESS commercialization, ensuring timely and cost-eüective delivery across multiple geographies;
• Strategic Planning: Translate high-level business objectives into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes;
• Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, ensuring proper governance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle;
• Stakeholder Management: Federate, coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams including resources from IT, Compliance, Legal, Trading, Quantitative and Market Analysis, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Finance;
• C-Level Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present high-level project documentation and strategic updates for C-suite stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Several years of proven project management experience in the electricity market or utility sector, with a focus on flexible assets being highly advantageous;
• Stakeholder Coordination and Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and federate teams across various functions;
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present documentation for senior management and C-level executives;
• Adaptability: Capacity to navigate and drive projects in a rapidly changing environments, adjusting to evolving project scopes and market demands.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field;
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM or equivalent project management certifications are a plus;
• Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of the electricity markets, flexible assets, and related commercial operations;
• Technical Familiarity: Experience working on projects that involve IT systems, quantitative analysis, and market-trading platform.
