How you will create an impact

As a Senior Renewables Due Diligence Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating our divestment process. In this position, you will serve as our in-house expert on technical assessments, bridging technical insights in Solar PV and Onshore wind with commercial understanding. Your background in asset management or external technical advisory, and understanding of the renewable project lifecycle, will empower our transaction teams to work more independently and efficiently. By providing real-time, high-quality technical insights, you’ll help streamline the due diligence phase and enable faster decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • You will advise transaction teams on strategies aligned with investor due diligence requirements;
  • You will utilize your technical expertise to address project-specific questions related to land leases, production performance, offtake, and more;
  • You will coordinate technical insights across the organization, ensuring investor-ready responses are documented;
  • You will provide commercial recommendations to resolve technical inquiries;
  • You will build a robust internal network, collaborating closely with our technical teams to uphold standards across development, EPC, and asset management.

What You’ll Bring

  • You have 5+ years in asset management, technical assessment, or due diligence within the renewable energy sector, possibly as an advisor or consultant;
  • You have in-depth knowledge of solar PV or onshore wind projects, as well as project lifecycle management;
  • You can analyze complex issues independently, offering clear, concise technical insights to the transaction team;
  • You have strong organizational skills and the capacity to communicate technical details effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders;
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous.

Your asset management experience in the renewable sector and your ability to communicate technical insights with a commercial perspective are key. You’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing both in-depth analyses and stakeholder interactions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
