Infrastructure Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee daily progress across multiple projects with installation and engineering partners, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the installation pipeline;
- Resource Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders - including installers, contractors, suppliers, and energy distributors - to ensure efficient deployment of charging stations with a focus on quality, safety, and speed;
- Technician Supervision: Organize and guide internal technicians for tasks such as:
- Conducting technical site visits;
- Commissioning and activating charging stations.
- Logistics Management: Ensure timely delivery of charging equipment to project sites;
- CAPEX Control: Manage investment per location by negotiating with subcontractors and ensuring projects align with budgets and timelines;
- Emergency Response: Conduct site visits or perform commissioning tasks personally, if needed, during urgent situations.
The Candidate we are looking for:
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent preferred, ideally in Engineering or Business Management;
- Experience: 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the electrical or related fields;
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Autonomy and decisiveness with an entrepreneurial mindset;
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and results-driven approach;
- Solution-focused pragmatism, capable of simplifying complex challenges.
