We are looking for a Renewable Gases Project Manager within our New & Sustainable Businesses organization, who will drive the development of assigned project(s) and contribute to the successful implementation of selected, new, sustainable business lines. During the implementation phase, they will provide business ownership over the project(s), actively participate in external and internal stakeholder management, and manage the market development of assigned value chain(s) to successfully implement the business case.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and executing sustainable value chain projects, ensuring complete business cases, clear project scopes, and resource plans;
• Leading project teams, providing strategic direction, and managing day-to-day execution and communication;
• Managing market development for assigned areas and acting as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders;
• Overseeing project risks with established risk management plans and ensuring thorough project documentation;
• Supporting idea generation and conducting technical and commercial analyses for new Sustainable Solutions projects.

Requirements:

• Holds MSc in economics or engineering;
• 5+ years’ experience in managing value chains and related development projects;
• Has experience with sustainable value chain(s), e.g. renewable energy/fuels, recycling, etc.;
• Project Management experience (PM certification is an advantage);
• Solid understanding of sustainable value chains, market and regulatory;
• M&A experience is an advantage;
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and customer oriented mindset;
• Advanced English knowledge (Hungarian/Slovakian/Croatian is an advantage);
• Category B driver’s license.
