Your responsibilities
- The Strategy and Market Positioning Analyst will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives while contributing to market positioning efforts in Renewables. This role is designed for a motivated, early-career professional with strong analytical skills, a passion for Renewables, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Support the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for the growth and expansion of Uniper’s Renewables business
- Support the management of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets. Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to execute these initiatives
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities and market conditions specific to the renewables industry to inform strategic planning, identify new opportunities and adjust positioning strategies as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Development, Corporate Communications, Event Management, and Sales, enhancing the company’s brand and value proposition
- Evaluate the effectiveness of positioning strategies through KPIs and adjust tactics as necessary
Your profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic consultancy, business strategy, or marketing within the renewables or energy sector
- Exposure to project management and strategic planning processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Basic understanding of strategic planning and project management methodologies
- Willingness to take on new challenges and learn in a fast-paced environment
